What Shipment Methods We Follow?

Shipping process is perform through either express courier, Canada Post, or FedEx. We make sure that the products reach at the doorstep in intact and secure condition. All Fine Gold Bullion purchases are shipped fully insured via FedEx or Canada Post, depending on your location. For larger orders or shipments to commercial addresses, customers can choose Brinks shipping at an additional charge. Shipping and insurance charges are determining upon on a case-by-case basis. and all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Pickup Location for Courier Pickup

At courier pickup locations, a signature is necessary upon collection. Fine Gold Bullion takes no responsibility for lost, any shipment in damaging state. We hold no responsibility if any third party has taken your order, such as neighbours, a building superintendent, or others.

Please Note: Fine Gold Bullion is not liable for a package once it is signed for at the shipping address on record. This will be the proof of full delivery.

Requirement for Shipping Address

Fine Gold Bullion does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will only deliver the orders to the address which the customer has share with us at the time of purchase. We ship orders within 4-5 business days after payment has cleared.

Important: Our shipping department does not dispatch orders on Fridays. This is just to avoid unnecessary delays as the package stays back at courier warehouses over weekends or holidays.
