Fine Gold Bullion currently does not ship precious metal products. Purchases of gold, silver, platinum and palladium are completed through our available in-person purchasing and pickup process at our location in Mississauga, Ontario.

This policy explains how customers can collect precious metals purchased from Fine Gold Bullion.

In-Person Pickup

Precious metal purchases are available for pickup from Fine Gold Bullion at:

Customers should confirm that their purchase is ready for pickup before visiting our location.

Order Processing and Availability

Processing times may vary depending on the product, inventory availability, payment method, payment verification and transaction requirements.

Fine Gold Bullion will advise customers when their purchase is available for pickup.

An estimated processing or availability timeframe does not guarantee that an order will be ready at a particular time unless expressly confirmed by Fine Gold Bullion.

Payment Verification

Where applicable, payment must be received, cleared and verified before precious metals are released to the customer.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements associated with the transaction.

Identification for Pickup

Fine Gold Bullion may require customers to provide valid identification before releasing precious metals.

As part of our transaction and compliance procedures, customers may be required to provide two valid pieces of identification.

Additional information or documentation may be requested where necessary to verify the customer’s identity, confirm the transaction or satisfy applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Order Pickup

Precious metals will only be released after Fine Gold Bullion has completed the applicable payment, identification and transaction-verification requirements.

Customers should bring the required identification and any applicable transaction or order information when collecting their purchase.

Fine Gold Bullion reserves the right to delay the release of precious metals where payment, identification, transaction information or regulatory requirements have not been satisfactorily completed.

No Shipping of Precious Metals

Fine Gold Bullion currently does not offer shipping or courier delivery for precious metal products.

We do not currently ship precious metals through Canada Post, FedEx, Brinks or other courier services as part of our standard purchasing process.

Customers should not send payment or complete a purchase on the assumption that their precious metals will be shipped unless Fine Gold Bullion has expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Changes to Pickup or Delivery Options

Fine Gold Bullion may update its pickup or delivery options in the future.

Any available options and applicable requirements will be communicated by Fine Gold Bullion and reflected in the current version of this policy.
