Return Policy

Fine Gold Bullion prides itself on providing high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Rest of all, we guarantee that all of our precious metals products are 100% real, 100% authentic and exactly as described. We can process a return of pretty much any product and set you up with store credit or an exchange, at our discretion.

Policy for Return Shipping

If you are not satisfied with your order or do not think that the product(s) meet those standards, please reach out to our customer service team within three (3) business days of the delivery date. We will help you get a quote for return shipping and let you know if there is any market loss from purchase to return/exchange. If you accept, we will provide a shipping label. Once the product is received, we will evaluate the return and issue store credit or an exchange (where available) at our discretion.

Terms and Conditions for Return Policy Acceptance

Any items returned or exchanged must be fully intact, including packaging. There, we can reject any return or exchange that do not meet this standard. Just be aware that charges made to the original payment method, including credit card fees, are non-refundable. Return shipping, insurance and any loss of market costs shall be borne by customers.

If you choose to return your items via an alternative method or without insurance, all liability of damage or loss is borne by you. Any return without authorization may be refused at the expense of the supplier. If a suitable exchange is not available, we may provide you store credit. If the merchandise is not defective, it will not be replaced or credited to the store.

All approved refunds will be paid at the current market value of the individual metal, not the purchase price. Also, we are not able to refund if the return shipment does not arrive back with us from the carrier or has reached you.

Incorrect or Missing Products

We are sorry for replacing the incorrect products, sending out missing or damaged parcel. We can assist you with complaints, but you need to make sure that we hear from you within 24 hours of delivery. Solutions will be given by our team in a timely manner.

We deal with high-value precious metals, and therefore all parcels are insured in full. If something goes wrong (and it hopefully never does), we need precise information about what happened as well as evidence. All claims are subject to our website policy; which customers must abide by.

All products are insured with either Brinks, Fedex, or Canada Post (depending on the buyer addresses) therefore we ensure security in delivery and satisfaction for our customers!

Wrong/Missing Packages: Steps to Troubleshoot
  1. Inform us through your registered email within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Along with the shipping label, send pictures of received products
  3. Provide your order number and any information requested by our customer service team
