Please let Fine Gold Bullion know in writing within 24 hours of finding any damaged, missing, or erroneous item in your order to start a claim. Your claim has to be filed no later than two days following the anticipated delivery date. You will forfeit your claim if you miss the required timely notice.
Procedures for Correct, Missing, or Damage Packages Reporting
- Within 24 hours after delivery, let us know by your registered email address.
- Add pictures of the obtained goods together with the shipping label.
- Tell any pertinent information, including your order number and any other information our customer support agent requests.
- Our knowledgeable staff will help you to quickly solve your problem.
